Q: What if I receive the wrong or missing item?
A: Please take a video proof of your unboxing and contact us right away!
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Products must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. If these conditions aren’t met, we may deny the return.
Example:
Brand New Box of Sonny Angel. Buyer opens the box and removes the Sonny Baby from the Brand New Sealed Foil. There is a slight discolouration. This is due to manufacturing of the product. No return will be accepted.
Q: What if my parcel is lost or returned?
A: All parcels will be shipped out with a tracking number. We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If your order bounces due to a wrong or unclaimed address, extra delivery charges will apply. Orders not claimed within 3 months become 2POMNATION’s property.
