Q: Where can I place an order?
A: Orders are accepted via 2pomnation.com, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Instagram, Telegram, and Email.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay using Credit / Debit Card, PayNow, PayLah, ShopeePay, or PayPal.

Q: Can I cancel or amend my order?
A: Cancellations are only allowed if the product is out of stock, incorrectly listed, or cannot meet the delivery timeline. If you'd like to amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours—we'll try our best! However, we don’t allow cancellations due to change of mind.

Q: Can prices or product details change after I place my order?
A: Yes. We may update product info, correct errors, or change details —even after you've placed an order.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: We will provide a tracking number and update you once shipping commence. Or just drop us a DM—we’re happy to check it for you!

Q: I need an item urgently / I prefer a meetup—can you help?
A: Definitely! Send us a DM and we’ll do our best to arrange something for you.


š“Æš“‚ƒ PRE-ORDERS & SPLIT PAYMENTS

Q: Why do some pre-orders require split payment?
A: Pre-order timelines can range from 1 to 8 months, and prices vary by product. To support these long waits, we may need to use a split payment system.

Example:
Date of Order: 1 Feb 2023
Official Release: 1 June 2023
Final Product Price: $60
Payment 1: $20 (upon order)
Payment 2: $40 (when ready for local delivery, ~2–4 weeks after release)

Q: How do I know which pre-orders require split payments?
A: Look out for the [PRE ORDER] tag / āœˆļø emote in our listings!
It’ll say something like:
ā€œāœˆļø Shipping is estimated to begin from ...ā€

Q: What if I don’t pay the balance?
A: Once the product arrives, we’ll inform you to make your second payment. We'll hold your item for 3 months—after that, it becomes 2POMNATION’s property with no refunds.

Q: Will I still receive pre-order benefits?
A: Pre-order benefits are first come, first served based on payment time. If your order misses out on the deadline, we won’t be able to issue a refund for the late purchase. Or just drop us a DM—we’re happy to confirm it for you!

Example:
Deadline for order with POB: 2 Jan 23:59
Date of Purchase made: 3 Jan 00:00
There will be no POB provided.


š“Æš“‚ƒĀ PRODUCTS & DEFECTS

Q: Can product prices change?
A: Yes, prices can be adjusted without prior notice.

Q: What if the product is damaged during delivery?
A: All products are factory sealed and protected with an outbox. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for damage in transit. We recommend purchasing a poster tube for extra protection, if applicable.

Q: Are minor flaws considered defects?
A: No. Slight discoloration, imprints, scratches, dents, or loose wrapping are common due to factory processes and are not considered defects.


š“Æš“‚ƒĀ RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Q: What if I receive the wrong or missing item?
A: Please take a video proof of your unboxing and contact us right away!

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Products must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. If these conditions aren’t met, we may deny the return.

Example:
Brand New Box of Sonny Angel. Buyer opens the box and removes the Sonny Baby from the Brand New Sealed Foil. There is a slight discolouration. This is due to manufacturing of the product. No return will be accepted.

Q: What if my parcel is lost or returned?
A: All parcels will be shipped out with a tracking number. We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If your order bounces due to a wrong or unclaimed address, extra delivery charges will apply. Orders not claimed withinĀ 3 months become 2POMNATION’s property.
